Shipping Policy

Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to track your order through the carrier.

Orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that delivery time is estimated from the moment your order is shipped, not when it is placed. DHIRE is not responsible for any unexpected delays caused by the shipping carrier.

To reduce transit time, orders containing multiple items may be split into separate shipments. Standard shipments will be sent via USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location.
